Writer's Workshop 1: Essay 2 Writer's Sheet

Q One important aspect in the process of writing is reacting and reflecting with your peers on your work. This week you are writing a textual analysis essay, Essay 2, and in this writing workshop you will work with an assigned peer reviewer to assess and refine your thesis, as well as the evidence you use to back up your thesis. You will also be a peer reviewer to a classmate. You should peer review the classmate directly below you alphabetically in the class list. If you are at the bottom of the class list, your peer reviewer is the top of the class list. Initial Post: Use the Writer's Peer Review Sheet to provide for your peer reviewer the thesis statement and an outline of the evidence you plan to use to back up your thesis for Essay 2.
